No Missed Opportunities
What is it that you view as an opportunity? Is it only when something large comes your way?
I had to laugh the other day, I went to the Health Food store and this woman asked this lady for help. She assisted her and then as she came to answer a question for me, the other lady immediately decided she had another question. She did this several times until the lady assisting her got frustrated and said let me get you someone else to assist you further.
After doing this and brining another lady to assist her she now wanted both of their help, she kept making what she wanted more complicated. The first lady that was helping her snuck away and disappeared. I was still trying to ask a question, lol. About 15 minutes later an older lady came up to me and said your very sweet, I have been watching you and I would have been very angry by now waiting as you have and continually being interrupted of your question by that lady who is making everyone give her all that attention.
I smiled at her and said, it is giving me an opportunity to work on patience. She laughed and said Oh my, I never have heard of it that way before. I told her that by me needing to exercise that patience (which I cannot say I always am) I also had time to look and read things I would not have if I just got my product and left. I told her I just learned in the last 20 minutes some things about herbs I did not know about before. So it gave me an opportunity to also read and learn new things.
Before this lady left the store she said to me, I am 72 and today I was given an opportunity to learn a different way when I am frustrated by waiting in stores. You gave me an opportunity to learn something new also and thank you. I thought that was so cool. J
Many times a day we are offered opportunities to better ourselves and the lives around us, we just need to recognize that they are being presented to us to act on them.
See how many times in a day you can actually be AWARE of an opportunity coming in a subtle way to you and your life. You never know, by acting on it you may have offered an opportunity to someone else too that day!!

The Closing of another Year
Can you believe how fast this year seemed to go? It was like a blink of an eye. We are getting ready to close another chapter, 2010. No matter how my year ever is, abundant or a bit stressful, I always close the year with gratitude for all the opportunities to the lessons I have learned. Any lessons I am still working on, I ask to have clarity and insight into them and learn them soon and joyfully!
I have a little ritual I do every year which is to close my journal out in the end of December listing all I have learned and write about my experiences and gratitude for all the opportunities. If you do not have a journal it can be an end of year letter to yourself or the higher Power. It assists one in releasing the year when in writing and it also assists us on doing an inner reflection of the year to pass.
On Jan 1st I start a new one in listing my goals for the New Year and also expressing my gratitude of the upcoming days of lessons and adventures. It is a very helpful and reflecting exercise. I hope you will give it a try. Blessings

Can You Imangine It?
Remember you can only manifest what you can truly imagine to be a reality in your life. Look where you may have any fears or doubts and transmute these feelings and thoughts and realize you an manifest anything you truly desire.

The Ride in July
This past July was quite a ride with the eclipses and so forth. Everyone was working with the energies of family, mother, father and all relationships to do with past and old energies coming up to be reviewed and transmuted.
For me this took on a most personal pathway as my mother passed away in June and her services were in July between the eclipses. Being a Cancer and a Cancer moon I am sure my chart was hit most directly by this eclipse in Cancer. Other than dealing with the feelings and past memories of my childhood with my mother it also included all family members.
Most of my family has all drifted apart for many different reasons, some are disagreements but mostly I feel it is because we are all different and have grown in different directions in life. We definitely choose our family before birth but how we work that out here in the body is our freedom of choice. Once we have learned the lessons with that particular soul we may or may not continue to have a lifetime relationship. There is no right or wrong about that. It is no different than many times we have outgrown a relationship with a partner and move on in life. As all relationships, we either grow and learn together or if some choose not to than we outgrow each other. Many families force them selves to have relationships because society has taught if your blood you must stick together, but most of those relationships are maintained though guilt and not heartfelt truths with each other.
I had not seen or been together with my sisters in many many years and so with all of us back in the same space together it was interesting. I did as my Shaman teacher taught me many years ago, to step back from it and watch it all as a movie. In doing this and with an open heart I could more clearly see why each person was the way they were. We all chose different ways and paths to deal with our pain with our growing up years. For some it was to work it out in therapy and learn and grow from it, for some it was to keep festering the wounds of the past and for others it was to pretend everything was great so all is well. Whatever choice was made it now dictated how each lives their life.
In the past I would feel sad for those who festered their wounds or pretended their life was different than it really was but I realized last month that sadness is based on what I know and want to experience and in a sense is a judgment. I for the first time was able to sit back and feel compassion on a soul level. What I mean by that is I honor that is what they have chosen so it is right for that individual and how they choose to walk their lessons in life. This does not mean I have to want to participate or be in those energies if they do not resonate with me, but the WHY I don’t want to is different now. Instead of it being laced (unconsciously) with judgment it is now a firm choice from my heart and soul and with compassion.
I truly am grateful for all of these experiences in my life to be able to have the opportunity to keep looking and feeling deeper and deeper within my heart. I have learned a lot the last moth with the interactions and the abundance of lessons that came from how each person interacted including me. I am blessed and grateful for all the experiences this world enriches my life with.
Blessings!

Speaking From the Heart
Speaking From the Heart
Â
I am usually very good at communicating and I tend to be able to speak to every person or group from they would understand, based on beliefs and such. Even though I am good at this I was stretched a couple of weeks ago. I had a group from Japan to come and take a 2 day seminar with me. The interpreter could only come the second day. The workshop was an in depth workshop about over soul, soul, spirit and multi dimensions.
It was truly a stretch my first day. I truly wanted from my heart for them to really get it so I took whatever it took to get it across until I was sure they understood. Through many tools for examples, animation and darn near charades, I got it across and they did get it. Whenever they would finally get an AHA moment I raised my arms in the air and said Ching Ching, lol. By the end of the class they were doing it themselves. I realized the reason I did get through is because I truly wanted to from my heart. This made we wonder how many times we do this daily with people all around us we love?
Do we really reword, animate or do whatever we need to in order for someone we love to truly understand what we are saying or feeling? Many times we fall in the habit; they know me or should know me by now so they know what I mean. We all have different definitions for words. Love, happiness, struggle and so forth most times mean differently to each individual. This is because our definitions are based on how we grew up and all of our past experiences. A struggle of a sort could seem minor to one person where another it would be a great hardship. So how often do we really make sure the other person REALLY knows what we are feeling and saying?
I know that I had this experience because I have been studying communications for years now and am in the process of developing a communication workshop. This experience has only stretched and enhanced my view for more great things to add to it. I feel blessed and grateful for this insight.

Play!
Play!!
Â
Don’t forget to play. That may seem a very weird thing to remind you of, but in the hustle bustle of everyone’s day, the stresses of family and finances the first thing that seems to go out the door is play.
Play is so important because it can actually relieve a lot of the stress built up in our bodies and minds. Play will assist us in reigniting our imaginations which is also very important. The imagination is the core center of keeping your intuitive open.
Play does not have to cost, it can be a pick nick (even indoors), and it can be a trip to the park and swing or play on the slide. When is the last time you went to swing or slide? Play can be getting a coloring book and getting creative in it. Having ice cream and playing with it and making it different shapes in the bowl.
Play is so important to assist us not only in relieving stress but also in remembering that there is a happy child inside. We spend so much time paying more attention to the wounded child that the happy child (whether discovered yet or not) is being seriously neglected and abandoned. No matter what dysfunction or painful past you experienced there is no way there was not some happy moment with someone or something in your past.
Think about it, what was the common thing you said as a child: When I grow I want to be a ____________. Or; I want to do this________________ when I get older.
Can you remember what that was? Believe it or not it will still be a part of who you are even if you have forgot all about it. Think back and remember what was your favorite game, what was your favorite make believe thing to do? What was your very favorite winter thing to do, summer thing to do, spring time thing to do, fall thing to do? Reach back in time and just this time reach for a happy and playful moment. Then start a play list. I want to play again and do this_____________.
It can be a great adventure whether you’re single and calling friends to go do it with you then add theirs and do what is on everyone’s list. It can be a terrific family adventure and let the adults choose ones from past and let the kids choose what theirs are right now, but the whole family once every two weeks engaging in one’s idea of play. Learn to play and other wonderful majikal doors will open up for other parts of you to rise up and make them selves know to you.
Come on everyone, let’s make May about play, and I would SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LOVE to hear about your adventures.
Love and Light,
Anne

Fear Can be a Catalyst for Change
Â
Fear is interesting; if we let it consume us we can become paralyzed in life. If we let it up rise within it can tell us all the stories of “what if”, “worst that can happen”, and if we focus on these it will be exactly what we manifest.
Â
We can also use fear as a catalyst for change. If we look at our fears and we ask ourselves what can we do to invalidate this fear? Where does this fear REALLY come from? Many times we use fear to sabotage ourselves. If we have a deep down fear of success, we will have all the reasons why not to pursue a venture, or we will convince ourselves of all that CAN go wrong before we even take that first step towards our success.
Â
Healing fear is about understanding first why we have that particular fear and then transmuting that energy of it. From a little girl to 13 years old I had a fear of heights and I just did not know why. I never had a negative experience for my own being so it was confusing. I later learned I had seen a child fall our of a 2 story window when I was in 2nd grade. This programmed the fear in me unaware to myself, and I then had a fear of heights. I truly wanted to get over it, so I took steps. First I got on a ladder with a friend of mine at 13 that I trusted and had them hold the ladder and stay behind me. I did this a few times until I felt safer. I then took it to the next level and went to learn rock climbing and did this until I had no more panic feeling inside. Transmuting this fear by facing it also opened new doors to me and I explored things I never would have if I did not have the fear.
Â
People are in a lot of fear based situations right now because of what is happening in the world around us. Everything on the news and in our lives such as people losing jobs, cut backs ect is putting out the energy (thoughts) of lack and survival. If we buy into this then we will manifest more of it in our lives.
Â
Many people have decided not to have these fears or to transmute them and overcome the feelings of lack. Many have found work in areas they love but never thought to explore before. Many have started their own businesses which they were too afraid to do when they had the comfort of safety of their original jobs and now are happy they have made the leap. They have transmuted the fear and found creative ways to expand their visions.
Â
Sometimes we have to just face fear and look it in the eye and decide we are going to use it as a catalyst for change and innovative ideas. One community was fearful of losing their library, there were already cuts on the spending last year and they faced more cuts this year. Instead one woman decided to make a wish list on Amazon and list books the library needed, and then advertised this on the news and many went on the site and ordered these books for the library.
Â
One community was worried about their parks. The city cuts stopped the maintenance on the parks and the community was (feared) worried that it would be trashed and also that that it would magnetize lesser desirable company in the parks. They all got together as a community and they created teams and days that these teams would go to these parks and pick up trash, do gardening and keep the parks up to par.
Â
In one county the cut backs were taken away from programs that assisted abused victims and they were very worried and feared what would become of them and also that it would limit the rehabilitation program for them. Many people got together in that community and are in the process of creating an organization not funded by the state and create their own program in their area by buying an apartment complex and starting their own foundation for these victims.
Â
Fear can be a catalyst for change if we face it and say I do not buy into you. Instead utilize it to stretch your mind and allow the door of creativity and solutions to open to you. There are so many possibilities and lessons to this. All of these creative solutions have also taught many that we have been very dependant on outside sources to tae care of things. It is independence and a great lesson to there are many paths to a solution and it is unlimited if we just tap into it. Fear keeps us from tapping into that unlimitedness.
Â
So, what are you fearful of? What can you stretch your inner being to that will give you a solution to that fear? How can you transmute that energy to be positive change? Start small and work yourself up to larger areas of solutions, take baby steps and Shift the Fear to Action!!

Closing Out This Year
November seemed to be difficult for many people and December seemed a bit better. It is important to know that in Dec we were still in an important cycle of releasing and transformation. Many of you may have been faced with releasing beliefs, feelings, old worn out hopes that do fit who you are anymore, jobs or where you live. The vibrations are higher and in adjusting to those energetic vibrations we were seeing or being forced out of anything we still had as a block.
Â
December was and is a month for us to still release and heal and in that time also rest for the actions we will be taking in the New Year to come. Many times we get so caught up in the healing and releasing we are doing that we forget to acknowledge ourselves for the work we have already done and the healing we have already achieved. If you are being moved out of your comfort zone then you have done a lot of work already! In the challenging year of growth we had 2 choices, step up or give up. Which did you choose? The great news is, every new moment gives us a new opportunity to make a new choice J
Â
We are on the other side of the journey but still have work to do. December fills us with great energies to assist us to do this. Mercury goes retrograde on Dec 26th, there is a lunar eclipse Dec 31st and the full moon is in Cancer. Retrograde planets assist us by giving us an opportunity to create closure. Review anything you want closure on in your life whether it be lack of finances, friendships to be released or any relationships to release, lack of love ect. Do it now and choose to take no baggage into 2010. See your new year as a wonderful blessing about to happen.
Â
With the eclipse focusing on emotions, family, the mother energy and our home, and the challenge of Pluto and Saturn which represents transformation and discipline, it makes it an interesting energy to end this year out.
Â
Anyone who had worked on healing past chords and has set their attention on what they want to manifest in 2010 will start out with a bang for the new year and it will just be wonderful and full of blessings and growth.
Â
Set your dreams in motion and release all you truly want to let go of for the end of this month and then get ready for the mot glorious year of 2010. Blessings to all and A Blessed New Year for each of you!!
Â
Love and LITE,
